48 Hour Test Drive Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the installation cost discount (“Promotion”) offered by OMODA UK to eligible customers.

Promotion Offer:

You are entitled to a £995 discount on the cost of an ASCENT home charging unit, including supply and installation, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility: To qualify for the Promotion, you must meet the following conditions (collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Criteria“):

• Order and register an OMODA E5 Comfort or Noble edition between 1st January 2025 – 31st March 2025.
• Complete the ASCENT application process in full: https://ascent-energy.co.uk/omoda by 06/04/2025.
• Be a resident of England, Wales, or Scotland.
• Be a retail customer (business users, leasing, and Motability customers are excluded).
• Be the registered keeper of the vehicle.
• Be the person purchasing or financing (as applicable) the vehicle.
• Qualify for standard installation of the home charger. If you do not qualify for standard installation, additional charges may apply, which will be discussed with you by Ascent during the application process. Eligibility for standard installation will depend on various factors, including but not limited to geographical location.
• Ensure that the address provided on your vehicle order form matches the installation address submitted to ASCENT.

Additional Information:

• Only one home charger per vehicle is allowed per customer.
• The ASCENT home charger comes with a 3-year warranty from the manufacturer. ASCENT will assign the warranty to you upon completion of the installation and provide details on how to claim it. After installation, you are responsible for maintaining the charger.
• If you cancel or withdraw from the order to purchase or finance the OMODA E5, you will no longer be eligible for the home charger, and if it has already been installed, it may be removed by OMODA UK.
• OMODA UK or ASCENT may exclude you from the Promotion if there is any breach of the terms and conditions.
• OMODA UK and ASCENT reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
• There is no cash or credit alternative to the Promotion, and it is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

• You acknowledge that the ASCENT home charging unit is provided by ASCENT or its contractors.  Accordingly, you agree that OMODA UK excludes all liability (to the maximum extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage that you suffer or is connected with the home charging unit.
• OMODA UK and ASCENT are not responsible for any technical interruptions or site failures that prevent your participation in the Promotion.

• Voucher redemption deadline: You must redeem your voucher code by 31st December 2025.

  Date of birth
  Proof of ID
• Upon successful verification  you will be sent a £500 prepaid fuel card to the address provided, within 14 working days.
• The prepaid fuel card is valid for use at any UK fuel station, where Mastercard is accepted, until the £500 balance is fully depleted.
• The prepaid fuel card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Additional Information:

• Only one prepaid fuel card will be issued per vehicle purchase.
• The £500 prepaid fuel card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
• OMODA UK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If you cancel or withdraw from the purchase of your OMODA E5 Comfort or Noble edition, you will forfeit the £500 prepaid fuel card. If the prepaid fuel card has already been issued, it will be void, and you may be required to return the prepaid fuel card.
• OMODA UK reserves the right to exclude any customer from the Promotion if there is a breach of these terms and conditions.
• OMODA UK is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that prevent you from receiving or redeeming the prepaid  fuel card.
• By participating in this promotion the details you provide on the online claim form will be processed by intermediaries, Grace & Courage Ltd and Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited (trading as B4B Payments), to issue the £500 Prepaid Fuel Card, and the information given will be checked by B4B Payments to confirm the identity of the claimant.

1. The Fashionista OMODA competition is open to participants aged 18 and over from Europe, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter OMODA UK, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the competitions.

2. The OMODA UK competition opens on Monday 17th February 2025 at 14:30pm GMT and winners will be selected on Tuesday 4th March 2025 at 14:30pm.

3. Participants must be members of Instagram. The sender of each comment, meeting
the requirements of these terms and conditions will be entered into the
competitions.
4. To enter:
a. Participants must follow OMODA UK’s Instagram page @OMODA_UK
b. Participants must ‘like’ or react to the post on Instagram.
c. Participants must submit one comment on the post, outlining their favourite OMODA design feature.

5. Participants must abide by Instagram’s conditions of use. Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments via Instagram or elsewhere, that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of @OMODA_UK or are otherwise offensive or inappropriate will be disqualified from the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Instagram to any such behaviour and the participant may have his/her Instagram account frozen pending investigation.

6. Participants may submit multiple comments on the video as a submission to the competition. Offensive or inappropriate comments will not be included within the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason.

7. For the competition, all participants will be input into a spreadsheet and the winner chosen at random via a random comment generator indicating the winner.

8. The Winner will be contacted via a direct message or in reply to their original entry on Instagram and are required to confirm their full name, email address and a contact number. They will be contacted on Tuesday 4th March 2025. If the Promoter cannot contact the Winner via the Instagram account provided at entry or if the Winner does not return necessary details within 24 hours of outreach, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.

9. There is one prize available and one winner will be selected. PRIZE: The winner will be awarded a £500 Selfridges shopping voucher. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. The Prize is subject to terms and conditions of use which the Winner by entering this competition agrees to. The Prize is non-transferrable.

10. The Winners agree, if requested, to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the competitions without further recompense. Winners agree that OMODA UK has the right to use their likeness in promotional materials. The Winners further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the competition and will remain the property of OMODA UK.

11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

12. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to the Competitions.
