1. The OMODA UK competition is open to participants aged 18 and over from Europe, except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter OMODA UK, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the competitions.
2. The OMODA UK competition opens on 9^th January 2026 at 13:00pm GMT and winners will be selected on Friday 6^th February 2026 at 13:00pm.
3. Participants must be members of Instagram. The sender of each comment, meeting the requirements of these terms and conditions will be entered into the competitions.
4. To enter:
   • Participants must follow OMODA UK’s Instagram page @OMODA_UK
   • Participants must ‘like’ or react to the post on Instagram.
   • Participants must submit one comment on the post, sharing a link to their OMODA Spotify/YouTube playlist.
5. Participants must abide by Instagram’s conditions of use. Any entrant posting or seen to be posting comments via Instagram or elsewhere, that are considered bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of @OMODA_UK or are otherwise offensive or inappropriate will be disqualified from the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Instagram to any such behaviour and the participant may have his/her Instagram account frozen pending investigation.
6. Participants may submit multiple comments on the video as a submission to the competition. Offensive or inappropriate comments will not be included within the draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason.
7. For the competition, all participants will be input into a spreadsheet and the winner chosen at random via a random comment generator indicating the winner.
8. The Winners will be contacted via a direct message or in reply to their original entry on Instagram and are required to confirm their full name, email address and a contact number. They will be contacted from Friday 6^th February 2026 at 13:00pm. If the Promoter cannot contact the Winner via the Instagram account provided at entry or if the Winner does not return necessary details within 24 hours of outreach, the Promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner.
9. There is one prize available and one winner will be selected.
   PRIZE: The winner will be awarded a Sony Speaker worth around £200. There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated. The Prize is subject to terms and conditions of use which the Winner by entering this competition agrees to. The Prize is non-transferrable.
10. The Winners agree, if requested, to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the competitions without further recompense. Winners agree that OMODA UK has the right to use their likeness in promotional materials. The Winners further agree that all materials produced pursuant to the competition and will remain the property of OMODA UK.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to the Competitions.
13. The Competitions are governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
