New dual-brand OMODA&JAECOO has selected CitNOW Group’s innovative digital retail solutions to support its ambitious growth into the UK market. As part of a pan-European partnership, OMODA&JAECOO franchised dealers will benefit from an integrated CRM to manage all customer showroom activity, delivered through CitNOW Group’s Dealerweb platform. In addition, CitNOW Insights will provide business intelligence to retailers, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that enhance operations and profitability.
The CitNOW partnership is key to enabling OMODA&JAECOO’s technology driven approach to providing the highest standards of customer service throughout the entire purchase and ownership journey. Unencumbered by legacy systems and outdated software that hinder established manufacturers from effectively sharing data with retail networks, the brand has begun to develop its own fully integrated digital architecture that ensures immediate and consistent communications across all channels and digital platforms with exceptional efficiency.
OMODA&JAECOO is part of Chery International, China’s leading vehicle exporter for over 20 years. The initial UK rollout will be driven by more than 75 jointly branded and franchised dealer sites, set to increase to 100 by the end of the year. Some of the UK’s largest dealer groups are backing the two brands, including Allen Motor Group, Arnold Clark, Cambria, Chapelhouse, Endeavour, Greenhous, Hartwell, Listers, Perrys, Peter Vardy and Vospers.
CitNOW Group’s solutions are already embedded in 95 of the top 100 franchised retailers in the UK. This latest high-profile partnership will further enhance its UK footprint and enable OMODA&JAECOO retailers to gain a competitive edge in lead generation and conversions at a critical time for the business.
