OMODA & JAECOO UK CEO, Gary Lan, to deliver keynote address at 2025 FT Future of the Car Summit

OMODA & JAECOO has been invited to participate in next week’s 2025 Financial Times (FT) Future of the Car Summit. As part of the event’s proceedings, Gary Lan, CEO of Chery-backed OMODA&JAECOO UK, will take part in two key elements of the three-day event, providing a unique opportunity for the brand in front of a high-profile and influential audience.
Gary Lan, who was appointed OMODA&JAECOO UK CEO in February 2025, has been invited to deliver a keynote address on 15 May, where he will detail the unprecedented impact of the two brands in the UK. He will also provide informed opinions and knowledge relating to the future of the automotive market, plus present the opportunities and strengths of the OMODA and JAECOO brands as they continue to expand their product ranges across Europe and in other international markets.
The second highlight for OMODA&JAECOO at the 2025 FT Future of the Car Summit will be Lan’s participation in one of the event’s panel discussions on 14 May. Lan will deliver his thoughts and views about affordable luxury and accessibility in an automotive future that will be dominated by electric vehicles. He will be joined on the panel by fellow influential automotive CEOs, providing the high-calibre audience with a unique insight into how the Chery-owned brands operate.
