Eligibility Criteria
The Offer is available to:
- Omoda & Jaecoo UK retail customers, sole traders, and small business owners only (Fleet, Employee and Motability customers are excluded) who have ordered a Qualifying Vehicle;
- (i)Chargers cannot be installed at business-registered addresses. Customers ordering through or registered to a business address will receive Electroverse credit of £1000 instead of a home charger.
- Only vehicle orders that are completed are eligible for this offer. Should you cancel your vehicle order, the offer will be withdrawn. If a charger has been installed or Electroverse credit applied, you will be liable for the full cost.
- those who do not already have an EV charger installed at your home and are eligible for installation of anOctopus Charge (Untethered) Charger under Octopus Energy’s EV chargepoint installation terms and conditions available on Octopus Energy’s website;
- those over the age of 18 in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man);
Verifying your eligibility
Your retailer will submit a referral to Octopus Energy, including which offer (home charger or Electroverse credit) you want to redeem. Octopus will email you within 7 working days of receiving the referral from the retailer with instructions on how to redeem either of the offers.
The customer name and address submitted in the retailer referral must match the name and address on the Qualifying Vehicle order form and registration document.
Octopus Charge (Untethered) Charger
Whilst the Offer includes the installation of the Octopus Charge (Untethered) Charger for free up to a value of £1,029, by applying for this Offer, you agree that you may be liable to pay additional amounts to Octopus Energy if the cost and installation of the EV Charger will exceed £1,029. This includes where your property is not suitable for a Standard Installation, as defined on the Octopus Energy website (Standard EV charger installation | Octopus Energy), or where you have elected to receive a different charger which Octopus Energy sells for more than £1,029. No additional charges will be incurred without your approval, and you retain the right to opt out of the Offer prior to installation should you not agree to the additional costs.
This Offer, including the supply, delivery and installation of the Octopus Charge (untethered) EV Charger by Octopus Energy Services Limited will be subject to the Octopus Energy’s full Terms and Conditions for the installation of EV chargepoints which can be found here: (https://octopus.energy/services/ev-installation-terms-and-conditions/).
Data Protection and Information
By taking part in this Offer, you acknowledge that Octopus Energy and Omoda & Jaecoo UK will process and share your personal data as necessary to administer the Offer, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and their respective privacy policies, which for Octopus can be found online here: www.octopus.energy/policies/privacy-policy.
By applying to this Offer, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true and complete.

This Offer is run by Octopus Energy Limited, with company registration number 09263424.
This offer is subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time by Octopus Energy and/or Omoda & Jaecoo UK.
These terms are independent of any terms governing your energy supply relationship with Octopus Energy Limited and participating in this Offer does not alter or affect your rights and obligations under any existing energy supply agreement.
In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Offer, Octopus Energy’s decision will be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.
We reserve the right to remove or amend this Offer or these terms at any time without prior notice. Notice of any changes will be provided to you, and the latest version of these terms will be available on our website.
