Our SHS - Super Hybrid System, acts like EV + Super HEV. With a smooth EV driving feel, instant torque from the electric motors for quick reaction, and the reassurance of being able to generate electricity on the go via the 1.5 turbo engine. OMODA 9 really is the best of both worlds.

With a combined drive power of 449PS and 700NM the OMODA 9 can hit 62mph in just 4.9 seconds, whilst still returning over 700 miles on one tank and one charge.

The 3-speed dedicated hybrid transmission (3DHT) enhances driveability and performance by offering alternative gear ratios to maximise efficiency or performance. With All-Wheel Drive as standard, traction is never in doubt.

Our 1.5 litre turbo engine is entirely designed for efficiency, with a number of technologies employed to maximise performance. From the Depp miller cycle to the electric water pump, every opportunity to improve the fuel efficiency of the car has been taken.
